About Illinois Home Solutions

Illinois Home Solutions is a family-owned and -operated business run by brother and sister duo, Mason and Rachel Hadley. Illinois Home Solutions started out as a renovation and construction company founded by their father, Jim Hadley.

Jim was a journeyman carpenter and had been working in the construction industry his entire adult life. Shortly after Jim moved to the Peoria, IL area in 2009, he opened Illinois Home Solutions to do custom remodels. The crew found themselves often discovering mold concerns during these renovations, requiring them to pause projects so that the client could call in mold restoration professionals.

Jim realized he and his team had the perfect background to become certified in mold restoration and seized the opportunity to help these clients fix their mold problems at reasonable prices. Illinois Home Solutions quickly became a one-stop-shop for mold restoration with the perfect construction knowledge to also handle moisture intrusion repairs.

Mason Hadley had joined the team in 2013 after having worked alongside his dad from an early age. With extensive hands-on experience and IICRC water damage and mold certifications, Mason became the company's lead technician and inspector for Illinois Home Solutions Mold Restoration. Rachel Hadley, with a love for customer service, joined the team as office manager in 2015 and has worked from the Springfield, Illinois satellite location.
